"I would like to thank you for guiding me through some major growth steps. You helped me re-frame some of my perceived obstacles while teaching me skills that can be used in all areas of my life.  I finished up 2007 as my most successful year professionally and look forward to exceeding those benchmarks while having a more balanced and peaceful life.  Here’s to 2008 and celebrating life’s journey.

Lynne Keane, Account Executive, NuVox Communications, West Palm Beach, Florida

"Thank you for helping me find my greatness, get excited about new possibilities I didn’t see for myself before and then supporting me as my cheerleader and conscience while I went for it in my own way.”

"Alex, you are the best personal and professional coach. You are gifted with the unique ability to instinctively lead people to make the right choices in their life, to see new possibilities and to help them to have the confidence to take the first steps. In addition, you have a natural ability to comfort people as they take the risks necessary to implement these changes for a better quality of life."

"I am no longer seen as a submissive person, and I am not afraid to provide constructive criticism and honest suggestions to my team and peers.  I remember that you asked me to build on my strengths instead of thinking of my weakness.  I can help other people at work to overcome their difficult situations.  I almost can hear you say "brilliant girl" to me now.  Believe it or not, I use "brilliant" a lot to encourage my staff.  It works.  I will receive my Executive MBA soon.  Thank you very much.
>> Haishan Jang, Ph.D. Physical Chemistry, Director,  Centocor, division of Johnson & Johnson, Radnor, Pennsylvania

"You have been honest and tough when you had to be, but always inspired my best because that’s what you saw in me. You never saw any limitations for me and only encouraged my possibility.  You believed in me until I believed in myself. Thanks you."
